DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGING - FINAL PROJECT 13.11.18 - 07.12.18 (Week 12 - Week 15) Maydeline (0335392) Digital Photography & Imaging Final Project -  Cinematography (Surrealism Parallax) INSTRUCTIONS PROCESS OF CINEMAGRAPH - SURREALISM PARALLAX 12.11.18 (Week 12) For this week, we were briefed about our final project which is Cinemagraph - Surrealism Parallax. We had to photoshop/ combine several photos to make it realistic just like our previous project. Later on, we had to animate some movement as if we are making a gif/loop gif. We use Photoshop and After Effects to do this project and techniques from previous classes. Mr Hafiz gave us some examples such as the Coldplay's music video called "Up" and I took inspiration from it. I went to search for realistic illustration/painting and this particular illustration captured my attention because it was interesting and unique that there is an island on the sky. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGING - PROJECT 1 15.10.18 - 05.11.18 (Week 8 - Week 11) Maydeline (0335392) Digital Photography & Imaging Project 1 - Recomposition of Jacek Yerka INSTRUCTIONS PROGRESS OF MY RECOMPOSITION OF JACEK YERKA 15.10.18 (Week 8) We were briefed about our project 2 which was to recreate a painting by Jacek Yerka and make it similar and realistic as possible. We are free to use stock images and our own images. In addition we could use any tools and techniques that we had learned in Photoshop. I chose this painting called "Moonlight Bed" by Jacek Yerka. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGING - EXERCISES 28.08.18 - 22.10.18 (Week 1 - Week 9) Maydeline (0335392) Digital Photography & Imaging Exercises INSTRUCTIONS LECTURES Lecture 1 : Masking & Compositing 28.08.18 (Week 1) This first week, we were given a brief introduction of the module outline by Mr Jeffrey. He gave us a brief sharing of what exercises we will be doing in the upcoming future. Firstly, we went on to learn about how to layer mask in Adobe Photoshop using the photo of Hearst Mansion. We had to choose a photo that has an indoor swimming pool so that we could make the reflection. Then, we had to layer mask a character for instance, we decided to do on Christopher Robins to make him as if he was in the photo.
