Mr Shamsul explained to us about our upcoming group projects and also gave us examples from our seniors. For this module, we'll be working with a company called ESPL, a platform for online E-sport tournament. The user journey could be from any online shopping app such as Grab, Uber, Foodpanda and so on. We decided to go with Redbus.my, which is a website to buy bus tickets online.
