INTERCULTURAL DESIGN - FINAL PROJECT 04.02.19 - 22.02.19 (Week 3 - Week 4) Maydeline (0335392) Intercultural Design Final Project INSTRUCTIONS FINAL PROJECT 04.02.19 After the presentation of the data collection, we felt that we should do something more innovative and creative instead of making a glow in the dark painting which was what we were intending to do. We kept researching for ideas in Pinterest and we found some references. Fig 1.1 Shadow box reference  We decided to make a shadow box but adding LED light inside it so we kept researching for more ideas. Fig 1.2 References We started out sketching our ideas to see if our design would work on it or not. INTERCULTURAL DESIGN -  PROJECT 2 07.01.19 - 01.02.19 (Week 3 - Week 4) Maydeline (0335392) Intercultural Design Project 2 - Field Study INSTRUCTIONS PROJECT 2 - FIELD STUDY 21.01.19 - 25.01.19 (Week 3) For this project, we are going to designated places to collect data relating to our proposed ideas in Kuching, Sarawak. For our group propose, we gathered evidence using observation, photographs, sketching and videos. We could find and observe "Sape" more in this location called Sarawak Cultural Village. INTERCULTURAL DESIGN - PROJECT 1  07.01.18 - (Week 1 - Week 8) Maydeline (0335392) Intercultural Design Proposal LECTURES Lecture 1 : MIB & Assignment Briefing 07.01.19 For this first class, we were briefed about our MIB and the upcoming assignments in this module. There was also an online class where our lecturer Mr Charles explained more about our assignments. For project 1, Mr Charles explained about our project which was to make pre-visit proposal with the theme called "Living With Nature". He explained more about the term of the theme and also gave us some advices and tips such as conducting research about the places we are going to visit, watch documentaries, search about the culture and lots many ways.
